Infrared Laser - This is the latest in the Palomar range which improves the tightening of the skin tremendously anywhere on the body.  It is mainly used on the face to tighten the loose skin around the neck and lower part of the face and eyes. However tightening loose skin in upper arms and inner thighs has proven to be excellent.
Body tightening is now possible.
